How We Do It

This is an example of our first year training model, which may differ based on country and context.

LAUNCH

Day One Training

MindUP introductory training provided on-site by a certified MindUP Consultant, delivered in a 4-6 hour workshop.

4-6 WEEKS LATER

Mentoring Session 1

Video conference call with the MindUP Consultant and school leads to support the launch of the program and implementation of initial lessons.

4-6 WEEKS LATER

Mentoring Session 2

Video conference call with the MindUP Consultant and school leads to support the launch of the program and implementation of initial lessons.

3-5 MONTHS AFTER LAUNCH

Day Two Training

MindUP follow-up training provided on-site by a certified MindUP Consultant to include classroom observations, grade-level coaching and mentoring and an all staff workshop.

DURING DAY TWO TRAINING

Family Workshop

Led on-site with a certified MindUP Consultant to provide education and engagement of parents and caregivers on how to use MindUP practices in the home.

2 MONTHS LATER

Assessment

Video conference call with the MindUP Consultant and school leads to provide assessment of school-wide implementation and recommendations for next steps.

 

4-6 WEEKS LATER

Mentoring Session 1

Video conference call with the MindUP Consultant and school leads to support the launch of the program and implementation of initial lessons.

 

3-5 MONTHS AFTER LAUNCH
